Program for the development of young specialists in the field of agriculture

Future Leaders Program (FLP) - an international program for young professionals and graduates of specialized universities, aimed for 6 months of work and residence in Thailand.

FLP provides experience:

Participation in the management of real business;
Project work to implement changes;
Effective cooperation in a multinational team

At the end of the FLP, graduates will continue their career in JSC "Poultry Production "Severnaya" developing the company's strategic projects.

Diploma of Higher Education

CPF Innovation Forum

Every two years, a large-scale innovation forum is held among all CPF business units and industrial sites, where leading engineers and project managers present their developments and ways of their successful implementation. In addition to the main production and management projects, great attention is paid to the environmental aspect of doing business.

The most significant and effective projects include in the general electronic database of CPF innovative knowledge, which becomes available to all business units of the CPF Corporation.
