Since 2018, JSC "poultry Farm "Severnaya" and as well as the Poultry Farm Voiskovitsy" are parts of the Thai international agro-industrial conglomerate Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF).
All production sites participate in the international CPF program for the development of young and promising specialists-FLP (Future Leaders Program).
The program is aimed at finding, training and further participation in the company's strategic projects of young talented specialists in various fields: Production (all branches), Sales and Marketing, project Management and implementation of changes, Finance.
Graduates of specialized Universities and beginning specialists (including those without work experience) can take part in the program.
