Preheat the frying pan on high flame adding vegetable oil. Place schnitzel in a hot pan and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes. Turn down the flame to medium, and fry the schnitzel on each side for 6-8 minutes until evenly brown.
Individual packaging: barrier tray.
